We see patients for chronic care needs such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma as well as urgent/acute needs such as cough, urinary tract infections and allergies.
Appointments can occur using your smartphone, mobile device, tablet, or computer.
You will be led to a questionnaire to explain the reason for your visit. The cost is $35 for all encounters with no surprise billing. Any prescriptions needed will be sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice. We do NOT prescribe controlled substances for pain, anxiety, addiction, insomnia, or ADHD.
